Just before the holidays my awesome Maharam rep came by to update me and show me Maharam's latest addition to their fantastic collection of fabrics and wall coverings. Maharam Digital Projects are wall art installations, basically, you select one of their artist designed patterns and it is applied specifically for your project. These products aren't inexpensive but will give any space a special WOW factor. The idea of large scale wall covering installations is nothing new, but this is the most innovative I have seen in a long time. Take a look at the images below (taken from the Maharam website) but please click HERE to peruse all the options and be sure to look at the details of each pattern, some of them will surprise you!

Sorry I have been missing for the past couple of weeks. I have been a bit crazy since the start of the new year and haven't had much time for yummy design, but I am back! I am extremely proud and excited to say that I have had my first article written about one of my projects published! While I am constantly sending out projects for consideration and we have had amazing press over the past two years, I have never before been interviewed on my own or been recognized for my own project. There is something really special about all of this for me (not to say that I don't appreciate being published with Mark, but it's nice to just be me for a minute) This was my first project that I did when I graduated college and was a "real designer" and it was the first project where Mark gave me the opportunity to design alone--under his supervision of course! I am considering it a birthday present from the fabulous Betsy Riley (Executive Editor of Atlanta Magazine) and Lisa Mowry (contributing writer) I truly appreciate the acknowledgment they have given me and I am at a loss for words of gratitude, all I can say is thank you so much! Check out the January 2010 issue of Atlanta Magazine on newsstands now and flip to page 52!
