Happy Birthday to ME!

Sorry I have been missing for the past couple of weeks. I have been a bit crazy since the start of the new year and haven't had much time for yummy design, but I am back! I am extremely proud and excited to say that I have had my first article written about one of my projects published! While I am constantly sending out projects for consideration and we have had amazing press over the past two years, I have never before been interviewed on my own or been recognized for my own project. There is something really special about all of this for me (not to say that I don't appreciate being published with Mark, but it's nice to just be me for a minute) This was my first project that I did when I graduated college and was a "real designer" and it was the first project where Mark gave me the opportunity to design alone--under his supervision of course! I am considering it a birthday present from the fabulous Betsy Riley (Executive Editor of Atlanta Magazine) and Lisa Mowry (contributing writer) I truly appreciate the acknowledgment they have given me and I am at a loss for words of gratitude, all I can say is thank you so much!
