"So here are my thoughts on the idea of "copying" each other... If I post a photo from Domino, Elle Decor or anything else like that - unless I dug it up from 100 years ago or something- no need to source back to me! BUT if I post my projects, my office, my client's house, my house, my friends house... you can and should leave a link! Cool?"
I jacked this verbiage from Sketch42 Blog, because it was pretty right on. Oh, and if you are ever able to credit a photographer for your images, you should.

Boy, my college dorm room was a far cry from that!! Actually back then I really could have cared less.
Mine looked and felt more like a prison. I wish I had known then what I know now!
I like the spareness of it all, if you'll pardon the irony. At the risk of sounding negative it looks as if he went to a wall store and bought a wall of ... whatever ... in much the same way some decorators buy yards of books to fill shelves.
At least you know I'm reading your blog!
You have to admit, even though it is a bit over the top and filled to the brim with thrift store finds, it is pretty fabulous for a dorm room. And according to the article by New York Magazine, those are all pieces of art that friends of his have done...I mean, at least it's not artwork from Ikea!
i sooooo love this. total maximalist and so chic. can you imagine how amazing his actual HOME will be?
